Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order.

You may return an item by coordinating with us directly. We offer a home pickup return service for a fee of 35₪, where a courier collects the item from your address.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected. If it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) via credit card.
