Local Delivery (Israel)
• Processing and delivery time: 1–9 business days
• Free home delivery on orders over 500₪

Standard International Shipping

Processing Time
• Please allow 4–9 business days for production before your order ships.
• Standard shipping from Israel (via EcoPost) usually arrives within up to 21 business days to Europe and the United States.
• Delays may occur during holidays or severe weather.
• If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 21 days, please contact us at Guymegides@gmail.com, and we’ll look into it.

Tracking
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
• You’ll also receive a message when your order is on its way, and another message when it’s ready for pick-up.

Customs & Import Fees
• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
